Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by Our credit and fraud avoidance department

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Yourcard has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your Card Account.

Orders placed using any online mode of payment cannot be cancelled once the payment has been approved.

In case an order is to be cancelled before payment is processed in case of an offline mode of payment (RTGS, Cash Pickup, Axis Bank, Pay at Store) ), please contact our Member Support Centre @ 120-487-8888 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Refunds

If payment has been made through RTGS: All amount shall be refunded through cash if the refund amount is less than Rs.5000/-. Refunds of more than Rs.5000/- will be paid via RTGS upon submitting following documents

  • Scanned copy of Vendor Registration Form
  • Scanned copy of cancelled cheque (clearly mentioning member name and IFSC code
  • Scanned copy of PAN Card

If the payment has been made through Net-banking, Debit card, Credit Card or Airtel Money: Refund will be initiated within 2 working days, however it may take around 7-10 working days to get credited into Your account from the date of initiation of the refund process. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, National holidays and Bank holidays.

In case you do not get refund even after 10 working days from the date of initiation of the refund process, please contact our Member Support Centre @ 0120-487-8888 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.
